Farewell

Occasionally, I comes across pictures of an animal that really stand out. A week ago I posted one of a pelican in flight.  This chameleon caught my eye because I’ve never seen one quite like it. The awesome colors, the headcrest and inflated underneck. via lustik.

Navid Baraty took these amazing pictures of the abandoned Kennecott Copper Mine in Alaska 175 miles from Valdez. Apparently, the mine was in operation from 1911 until 1938.  via mymodernmet.
